Press Briefing: Members of the National Latino Officers Association and 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care will hold a press conference to raise their concerns regarding the Mayor and Police Commissioner’s response to threats made against the NYC Transit system last week.  The group believes the Mayor and Police Commissioner must answer questions regarding the manner that the public was informed and deployment of police personnel.
