LAW ENFORCEMENT GROUP JOINS THE X-RYDERS MOTOR CLUB IN A 30 CAR CARAVAN ATTEMPTING TO RAISE AWARENESS AND OBTAIN INFORMATION REGARDING THE KILLING OF CHANEL PETRO-NIXON

Press Briefing: Members of 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care in conjunction with the X-RYDERS motor club will form a 30 car caravan throughout Crown Heights in an attempt to raise public awareness and obtain information regarding the killing of 16 year old honor student, Chanel Petro-Nixon. Chanel Petro-Nixon’s lifeless body was found in a plastic bag at 212 Kingston Avenue, Brooklyn. Both organizations are requesting public assistance in obtaining information that will lead to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for Chanel Petro-Nixon’s death. 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care spokesperson Eric Adams states, “We must remain vigilant in demanding justice for Chanel. The community at large must assume a pro-active posture when dealing with issues of safety and security and we must also demand full accountability. Until those who are responsible for this death are brought to justice, Chanel’s family as well as the rest of the community cannot achieve closure. The community must come forward with any information regardless of how insignificant it may appear.” 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care and its supporters have already pledged 00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction in the death of Chanel Petro-Nixon.
