Purpose: The group 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement will hold a press conference with community leaders to call on community residents to assist the police in apprehending the arsonist that caused the death of four people. Members of the group will announce at the press conference that they are offering a cash reward for any information that will lead to the arrest and apprehension of the suspect involved.
