Press Briefing:  100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care along with Cops And Teens(C.A.T.)and the National Organization of Black Law Executives-Nassau County chapter are combining their efforts in an attempt to combat youth violence. 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care co-founder Noel Leader states, “As members of law enforcement and concerned citizens we feel it is our obligation to respond and provide solutions to the senseless acts of youth violence.”
