Press Briefing: 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care along with NYC Councilmember and former police officer Hiram Monserrate are appealing to the public for assistance in solving the recent rash of brutal assaults that occurred in Flushing Meadow Park. The group 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care is offering a 00.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual (s) responsible for the latest victim who remains hospitalized unconscious and unidentified. The group would also like to remind the public of rewards recently offered in the unsolved murders of Chanel Petro-Nixon of Brooklyn and Stacy Inman of the Bronx. 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care co-founder Noel Leader states, “As we enter the new year it is imperative that we do not forget the victims of violence and their families. The communities throughout this city must remain vigilant in bringing criminals to justice as well as safeguarding our neighborhoods against those who prey on our most vulnerable.”
