Law Enforcement organization issues a vote of “NO CONFIDENCE” in NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly and calls for independent investigations of questionable Police involved shootings

Press Briefing:  100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care is calling for an independent investigation of questionable Police shootings following the most recent Police killing of  Fermin Arzu in the Bronx. 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care co-founder Marq Claxton states “100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care issues a vote of ‘no confidence’ in Police Commissioner Ray Kelly. Commissioner Kelly refuses to address the repeated violations of NYPD policy that regulates discharging a firearm at a moving vehicle.  Commissioner Kelly refuses to enforce the NYPD policy therefore unarmed civilians are being killed because of the repeated violations of long standing police procedure.”
